Swatches: NEW Wet n Wild MegaGlo Highlighting Powders

IMG_1856

We asked and Wet n Wild® answered. In case you missed it, the original Wet n Wild® Megaglo™ Highlighting Powders in Precious Petals and Crown of My Canopy were no where to be found for months. It didn’t matter how many Walgreens you went to, the Limited Edition highlighters were gone before you could say “Summer”. Thankfully they have since restocked so the wait is over, but now we are on to greater things… FOUR NEW SHADES!

Blossom Glow, Botanic Dream, Golden Flower Crown and Royal Calyx are the latest and greatest Limited Edition shades. I purchased all, but Royal Calyx, a light purple that just wasn’t for me. I did notice that the ingredients changed, but from the swatch they’re as gorgeous as ever aka pigmented perfection! The best part… they’re $4.99!! #YAASS

Left to Right: Blossom Glow is the perfect champagne color, Botanic Dream has a gorgeous pink undertone, and Golden Flower Crown is just that – a dreamy gold tint of shimmer that is sure to reflect away bad vibes. Mind you – these swatches were done with one gentle swipe of a finger… GLOW BABY GLOW.

Here is The New compared to The Originals (last two shades). You can buy them all here. I can already tell that it’s gonna be hard to not get crazy. As much as I want to put this all over my brow bones, nose, cheeks, and Cupid’s bow – the glow will have to wait because not only did I burn my forehead with a curling iron (for the second time this week), but acne decided to pay me a visit so not wanting to highlight my facial features this week 😉

In the meantime, I’ll just tuck these away for better days 🙂
