Best Of e.l.f.

What to buy? What to buy? That is the question! Is it just me or has e.l.f. Cosmetics been coming out with new product after new product? I’m loving and living for these new releases, but it’s definitely overwhelming when asking yourself the big question — what should I spend my money on?!

Most, but not all, are new releases. I can’t imagine not having these babies in my beauty room now that I’ve tried them:

Hydrating Bubble Mask ($14) gives you the best tingling sensation that you can literally feel working into your skin. Cleanse and moisturize your skin in one step with these tiny, micro bubbles. It’s a heavenly at-home routine that’s sure to relax you (and make you laugh).

Prep & Hydrate Balm ($8) is a must-have for dry patches. Shea butter, cocoa, aloe, and grape all make this balm gentle and moisturizing for the skin. We need water? So does our skin! Give your face some love and attention by applying this on winter nights or before a workout.

Candid Coral Blush ($3) is such a fun, girly shade that gives you a hint of color to your cheeks. Not too light, not to dark: an in-between blush that makes you feel fresh and flirty. For the price, it’s such a good alternative to more expensive blushes. Still gets the job done!

Instant Lift Brow Pencil ($2) I find myself grabbing this ALL THE TIME. I throw this in my bag with my eyeliner and find it’s so convenient to throw in my purse for mid-day touchups. I got so tired of buying the Anastasia Beverly Hills one only to have it run out shortly after. It’s so much easier to buy this one (considering the price) and not mind using it so frequently. When I run out, a new one is just a hop, skip and jump away! Best of all, it’s only two bucks!

Contour Blush & Bronzing Powder ($4) One of the best drugstore bronzer shades there is and so darn close to more expensive brands. The quality is amazing and it’s the perfect duo for on-the-go. I’ve tried the newer shades, but still grab St. Lucia the most. It’s a tried and true drugstore staple that I can’t get enough of.

Natural Lip Laquer ($2) I actually purchased this on sale for $1 which motivated me to try it out and surprisingly I love it! It’s a beautiful nude shade that gives your lips a boost of shine minus stickiness.

Eye Refresh ($3) If you happen to be shopping for this, keep in mind the packaging has changed. Learned the hard way and looked for this baby for MONTHS only to find it’s been there the whole time, but switched from a silver container to a matte black one. At Target anyway. Pretty sure they’ve repackaged to match the new esthetic. Any who… it’s an amazing product for nights when you feel you have puffy under eyes. My fiancé LOVES this stuff.

Lip Plumping Gloss ($5) I purchased Champagne Glam and the name describes it best. Feeling a little extra? Pop this on your lips and it’s the finishing touch to a natural makeup day. A little more than the Lip Laquer in Natural, but not as bold as a lipstick. A new favorite!

Pore Refining Brush and Mask Tool ($5) Bought this sucker during a Target splurge (one of many) and can’t tell you how many times I’ve used this… If you are a religious mask-lover like I am then you NEED this. ASAP. It’s more efficient and makes applying masks soooo much easier. Not to mention it’s definitely a sanitary way to apply masks. Definitely don’t recommend applying with your fingers when you can avoid it. Best $5 I’ve ever spent! Definitely my top e.l.f. buy to date!

  1. I use to wear their blush + bronzer duo and eye brow pomade all the time! I just got their new lip plumper a few weeks ago and I might need to restock soon.. I’ve been wearing it almost every day 😝
