Review: Klorane’s Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk

When I received Klorane’s Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk from Influenster, I thought “Not another dry shampoo.” I receive countless different brands & versions through both my Play by Sephora and Boxycharm subscriptions, but I tried it (why let a perfectly good free full-size bottle go to waste?) and actually fell in love with how gentle and lightweight the formula is. Fun fact: Awarded by Allure’s Best of Beauty team in 2009, 2011 and 2016! I knew it was the real deal, the more I used it too.

I’m assuming the Oat Milk is where the magic happens… It’s organically grown with natural ingredients that remove dirt, oil and odor. The Oat Milk also helps make your hair feel healthy and smooth. The non-aerosol formula removes excess oil better than other products I’ve tried. The only con is the price, 3.2oz for $20, but if you’re looking for a great dry shampoo to splurge on then this is a great buy. Quick tip: You can also get the 1oz mini-size for $10 from Sephora.

I must say I’ve been a tough critic of dry shampoos ever since TRESemme’s Fresh Start Waterless Foam Shampoo was discontinued. Now THAT was the best dry shampoo product I’ve ever used 😭 Any who it’s an amazing alternative and 5 stars!

My dark brown THICK hair loves it and I notice feels clean almost right away. It definitely doesn’t leave my hair with a white residue after I brush the product through my hair. The scent is not strong which I love. I wanted something subtle and I got it. It’s recommended for normal to oily hair, but truly works for all hair types.
